The UV Calibration Kit test replacement absorbance solutions are made in controlled laboratory conditions of 20–25 °C.

Within this temperature range, the variability on CofA values is not significant and therefore not reported. The stray light test, which is temperature sensitive, includes a temperature correction factor in the software, allowing the user to correct for unusual laboratory temperatures. Testing is independent of other laboratory conditions such as relative humidity.
