Cogent RP Phenyl Hexyl™ HPLC columns are designed for reversed‑phase separations involving polyaromatic compounds, aromatic hydrocarbons, and related analytes. Phenyl Hexyl Selectivity Explained

Phenyl Hexyl stationary phases combine π–π interactions from the phenyl group with added hydrophobic retention from a six‑carbon aliphatic (C6) linker between the phenyl ring and the silica surface.
