The following table describes the lower and upper recommended limits for temperature conditions that our Headspace cap septa can be used in.

This does not reflect the safety of the Headspace system (glass vial, septa, cap and gas) used in practice.

 Silicone/PTFE Seals (completely PTFE Laminated)  -60 – 200
 Butyl/PTFE Seals (Completely PTFE Laminated)  -40 – 120
 Butyl Seals  -40 – 120
 Pharma-Fix Seals (butyl/PTFE)  -40 – 120
 Silicone/Aluminum foil Seals  -60 – 220
