The "apparent" color of the solutions that you see depends on the room lighting.
Under fluorescent lights, the solutions may appear bright pink. Under regular outdoor lighting they usually a dull yellow. This is normal as it is a wavelength calibration solution, so it absorbs different light differently.
There is no issue with the product, and it is still very usable.
