FEP polymer has a melting point of 260°C and a general recommended maximum operating temperature during usage of around 200°C.

If pressure is applied in the tubing, however, the maximum temperature should be lowered accordingly. The maximum temperature during usage should be 80°C under these conditions. If no pressure is applied, the tubing can be used up to 200°C.
