CONFIDENTIAL & FOR INTERNAL USE ONLY

No, it does not come in any voltages other than 110. For a customer to use the Window Maker with different voltages, they would have to purchase on their own a converter that is adequate. Choosing the converter is outside of the scope of our support.

The Window Maker™ is designed for use in the US or Canada, as the voltage required to optimally operate is 110 V 60Hz.  Any usage other than this voltage is at the user's discretion and we cannot guarantee the performance once the unit is used outside the scope of the intended end use and will void the warranty.

Internal Only NOTE:

Per the late Mike Adcock, the product engineer "If the unit is used with an external step down transformer then there can be no guarantee that the safety has not been compromised." These units are not CE marked and therefore not sell-able directly into the European Union.

If the unit is used in Japan, (Standard voltage 100 V) the equipment may not have the safety earth wire connection if they are using two pin plugs.
