Department: Packaging, Shipping, Technical, Inside Sales, Outside Sales and Purchasing
With every Dynamic Adsorbent item a COA (Certificate of Analysis) and an MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) is provided to the customer. These are also provided to us by the factory. The packaging department makes copies for our files and applies a reorder label on them to inform the customer of MicroSolv's phone #, website and re-order part #. If these documents are needed by technical support a request shall be made to the Purchasing department.
