82561-P30-PG1 is packed with 5 µm NP Silica™ stationary phase manufactured from ultra-high purity, low-metal-content 100 Å silica. This unmodified silica stationary phase provides the traditional selectivity associated with USP L3 classified materials, making it an ideal guard cartridge for use with NP Silica preparative columns. Mounted in a stainless steel cartridge with stainless steel frits, it is designed to intercept contaminants before they reach the preparative column.
The 30 mm ID x 10 mm format is specifically designed for use with compatible 30 mm ID preparative column systems operating in HILIC and normal-phase modes. Routine guard cartridge replacement helps maintain preparative column efficiency, reduce downtime, and extend column service life.
