Manufactured from ultra-high purity, low-metal-content 100 Å silica, this stationary phase is completely unmodified, providing the traditional selectivity associated with USP L3 classified silica. NP Silica™ is widely used when maximum silica activity is desired for normal-phase and HILIC purification methods.

82561-P30-250 is packed with 5 µm NP Silica™ particles in a 30 mm ID x 250 mm preparative format. The 5 µm particle size supports preparative flow rates while producing lower backpressure than smaller particle columns. The extended column length provides maximum resolution and purification efficiency, while the large internal diameter delivers very high sample loading capacity for challenging purification and production-scale applications.
