82561-P21-250 is packed with 5 µm NP Silica™ particles in a 21.2 mm ID x 250 mm preparative format. The 5 µm particle size supports preparative flow rates while producing lower backpressure than smaller particle columns. The extended column length provides maximum resolution and peak capacity, while the large internal diameter delivers high sample loading capacity for demanding purification and scale-up applications.
The 21.2 mm ID x 250 mm format is well suited for preparative HILIC and normal-phase chromatography involving hydrophilic and polar compounds.
