Cogent NP Silica™ HPLC Columns are designed for normal-phase and HILIC separations of polar and hydrophilic compounds. Manufactured from ultra-high purity, low-metal-content 100 Å silica, this stationary phase is completely unmodified, providing the selectivity associated with USP L3 classified columns. NP Silica™ columns are widely used in established methods and new method development where traditional silica selectivity is required.
82561-25P-4 is packed with 5 µm NP Silica™ particles in a 4.0 mm ID x 250 mm format. The 5 µm particle size provides excellent chromatographic performance while maintaining lower operating backpressures compared to smaller particle columns. The 250 mm column length provides maximum resolution and peak capacity, making it ideal for complex separations and challenging analytical methods.
The 4.0 mm ID x 250 mm format is well suited for HILIC applications, normal-phase chromatography, pharmaceutical analysis, quality control testing, and advanced method development involving polar and hydrophilic compounds.
