Manufactured using ultra-high purity silica bonded with a three-carbon ligand containing a terminal cyano (CN) functional group, this non-endcapped stationary phase provides unique selectivity that often produces shorter retention times and faster column equilibration compared to unmodified silica columns.
82534-15P-4 is packed with 5 µm NP Cyano™ particles featuring a 100 Å pore size in a 4.0 mm ID x 150 mm format. The 5 µm particle size provides excellent chromatographic performance while maintaining lower operating backpressures than smaller particle columns. The 150 mm column length provides enhanced resolution and peak capacity, making it particularly useful for more demanding separations and complex sample analyses.
