82061-P30-PG1-3 is packed with 10 µm NP Silica™ Wide Pore particles in a 30 mm ID x 10 mm preparative guard cartridge format. The 300Å wide pore silica provides improved accessibility for proteins, peptides, biomolecules, and other large molecular weight compounds. Housed in stainless steel hardware with stainless steel frits, the cartridge is installed ahead of the preparative column to trap particulates and strongly retained contaminants before they reach the primary column bed.
