82061-P21-100 is packed with 10 µm NP Silica™ particles in a 21.2 mm ID x 100 mm preparative column format. The larger particle size allows operation at higher flow rates while producing lower backpressure than smaller particle columns. The 21.2 mm internal diameter provides significantly greater sample loading capacity than analytical columns, making it ideal for preparative separations, compound isolation, fraction collection, and purification workflows.
