Cogent NP Silica™ HPLC Columns are manufactured using ultra-high purity, low metal content, 100Å silica that remains completely unmodified, providing the native silica selectivity required for Normal Phase and HILIC separations. This stationary phase is widely used as a direct alternative for methods requiring USP L3 equivalent chemistry and is well suited for retaining hydrophilic and polar compounds that can be challenging to separate using reversed-phase chromatography.

82061-10P-4 is packed with 10 µm NP Silica™ particles in a 4.0 mm ID x 100 mm analytical format. The larger particle size generates lower operating backpressure than smaller particle columns, allowing the use of higher flow rates while maintaining dependable chromatographic performance. The 100 mm length provides an excellent balance between analysis speed and chromatographic resolution, making it suitable for routine analytical methods and method development studies.

The unmodified silica surface provides strong retention mechanisms for polar analytes in both Normal Phase and HILIC modes.
