82060-SP150-3M is packed with 10 µm NP Diol™ Wide Pore particles in a 10 mm ID x 150 mm semi-preparative format with a 300Å pore size. The 10 µm particle size is optimized for semi-preparative chromatography, providing lower operating backpressure while allowing higher flow rates and increased sample loading compared to analytical columns.
