75008-SP50 is packed with 5 µm HPS C8™ particles in a 10 mm ID x 50 mm semi-preparative format. The 5 µm particle size provides excellent chromatographic efficiency while maintaining lower operating backpressure than smaller particles. The 10 mm internal diameter increases sample loading capacity compared to analytical columns, while the short 50 mm length is optimized for rapid separations, fast cycle times, and high-throughput purification workflows.
