75008-P50 is packed with 5 µm HPS C8™ particles in a 21.2 mm ID x 50 mm preparative format. The 5 µm particle size provides excellent chromatographic efficiency while maintaining lower operating backpressure than smaller particles. The large 21.2 mm internal diameter supports substantial sample loading, while the short 50 mm length is optimized for rapid purification, high-throughput fraction collection, and preparative method development.
The HPS C8™ stationary phase is ideal for hydrophobic and neutral compounds analyzed using reversed-phase chromatography.
