68540-SP150-3M is packed with 5 µm NP Amino™ Wide Pore particles in a 10 mm ID x 150 mm semi-preparative format with a 300Å pore size. The 300Å wide pore structure improves accessibility for larger molecules, while the 10 mm internal diameter provides increased loading capacity for purification and method scale-up applications.
