68540-P30-1503M is packed with 5 µm NP Amino™ Wide Pore particles in a 30 mm ID x 150 mm preparative format with a 300Å pore size. The 5 µm particle size provides excellent chromatographic efficiency and resolution while maintaining substantial sample loading capacity. The 300Å wide pore structure enhances analyte accessibility for larger molecules, while the 30 mm internal diameter supports high-throughput purification and production-scale chromatography applications.

The NP Amino™ Wide Pore stationary phase is not end capped and is optimized for purification of larger polar compounds using either Normal Phase or HILIC conditions.
