Manufactured using the highest purity silica available bonded with a three-carbon propyl ligand containing a terminal amino functional group, this stationary phase provides unique selectivity for negatively charged and highly polar analytes. NP Amino™ Wide Pore is particularly useful for purification of larger sugars, complex carbohydrates, and compounds containing carboxylic acid functionalities.

68540-P21-1503M is packed with 5 µm NP Amino™ Wide Pore particles in a 21.2 mm ID x 150 mm preparative format with a 300Å pore size. The 5 µm particle size provides excellent chromatographic efficiency and resolution, while the 300Å pore structure improves analyte accessibility for larger molecules. The combination of a 21.2 mm internal diameter and 150 mm length provides enhanced resolution and loading capacity for preparative purification and scale-up applications.

The NP Amino™ Wide Pore stationary phase is not end capped and is optimized for purification of larger polar compounds using either Normal Phase or HILIC conditions.
