68540-P21-1003M is packed with 5 µm NP Amino™ Wide Pore particles in a 21.2 mm ID x 100 mm preparative format with a 300Å pore size. The 5 µm particle size provides excellent chromatographic efficiency and resolution, while the 300Å pore structure improves analyte accessibility for larger molecules.
