The 5 µm particle size performs well at higher flow rates while maintaining moderate operating backpressure. The larger internal diameter and increased column length provide enhanced loading capacity and resolution compared to analytical columns, making this column ideal for purification, fraction collection, and analytical-to-semi-preparative method scale-up.
