The larger internal diameter and increased column length provide enhanced loading capacity and resolution compared to analytical columns, making this column ideal for purification, fraction collection, and analytical-to-semi-preparative method scale-up.

The 10 mm ID x 150 mm format is particularly well suited for purification of larger positional isomers, tocopherols, flavonoids, polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons, nitro-aromatic compounds, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), natural products, peptides, and related compounds containing aromatic structures.
