The 5 µm particle size performs well at elevated process flow rates while maintaining moderate operating backpressure. The large internal diameter provides substantial sample loading capacity, making this column ideal for high-throughput purification, process development, and manufacturing-scale chromatographic applications.

The 50 mm ID x 100 mm format is particularly well suited for purification of larger positional isomers, tocopherols, flavonoids, polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons, nitro-aromatic compounds, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), natural products, peptides, and related compounds containing aromatic structures.
