68524-P30-100 is packed with 5 µm RP Phenyl™ particles featuring a 100Å pore size in a 30 mm ID x 100 mm preparative format. The 5 µm particle size performs well at preparative flow rates while maintaining moderate operating backpressure. The extra-large internal diameter provides substantial sample loading capacity, making this column ideal for high-throughput purification, fraction collection, and analytical-to-preparative method scale-up.

The 30 mm ID x 100 mm format is particularly well suited for purification of positional isomers, tocopherols, flavonoids, polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons, nitro-aromatic compounds, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), natural products, and related compounds containing aromatic structures. Typical operating flow rates are approximately 30–50 mL/min depending on mobile phase composition, system pressure limitations, and application requirements. A preparative HPLC system capable of supporting these flow rates and sample loads is required.
