The large internal diameter and extended column length provide maximum loading capacity and increased resolution, making this column ideal for purification, fraction collection, and analytical-to-preparative method scale-up.

The 21.2 mm ID x 250 mm format is particularly well suited for purification of positional isomers, tocopherols, flavonoids, polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons, nitro-aromatic compounds, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), natural products, and related compounds containing aromatic structures. Typical operating flow rates are approximately 15–25 mL/min depending on mobile phase composition, system pressure limitations, and application requirements.
