68512-SP100 is packed with 5 µm RP C12™ particles featuring a 100 Å pore size in a 10 mm ID x 100 mm length semi-preparative format. The RP C12™ phase typically provides less retention than C18 columns while offering greater retention than C8 columns for many hydrophobic compounds.
