Designed for typical analytical HPLC flow rates, the system supports columns operating up to 4,500 psi and 5 mL/min. It is not recommended for UHPLC pressure ranges. The supplied 2.0 µm filter porosity offers effective particulate protection while minimizing added flow restriction, making it ideal for routine methods and cleaner sample matrices.
The reusable holder allows quick filter replacement when system backpressure increases—simply disconnect, replace the filter disc, and resume operation. No specialized tools are required.

Usage & Replacement Guidance
Monitor system backpressure during operation. A gradual pressure increase typically indicates filter loading.
To replace a filter disc:
Reduce system pressure to atmospheric
Disconnect the inline filter holder
Remove and discard the used filter disc
Insert a new filter disc and reconnect
The system accepts any PEEK‑encased filter disc measuring ¼ inch OD × 1⁄16 inch thick, allowing flexibility in porosity selection.
