The 48220-09-002 Mobile Phase Filters are high-capacity 316L stainless steel solvent inlet filters designed for efficient removal of large particulates and consistent solvent flow in HPLC systems. The 20 µm pore size removes larger undissolved particles while delivering ultra-low backpressure compared to 2 µm, 5 µm, or 10 µm filters, improving solvent uptake and vacuum efficiency.

Each filter is passivated with a 30% nitric acid treatment, enhancing corrosion resistance and ensuring compatibility with a wide range of HPLC mobile phases.

The integrated all‑PEEK tripod connector (3-step molded design) allows direct tubing connection without ferrules or nuts, supporting:
