The 48220-08-002 Mobile Phase Filters are high-capacity 316L stainless steel solvent inlet filters designed for efficient removal of large particulates while maintaining excellent solvent flow in HPLC systems. Built for durability and high throughput, these filters protect pumps, columns, and instrumentation from contamination.

The 20 µm pore size removes larger undissolved particles while providing very low flow resistance, improving solvent uptake and reducing vacuum demand compared to finer filters.

Each filter is passivated with a 30% nitric acid treatment, enhancing corrosion resistance and ensuring compatibility with a wide range of HPLC mobile phases.

Designed for 1/8 inch tubing, each unit includes PEEK connection components for secure, low-pressure connections.

Installation

1. Insert 1/8 inch tubing into the filter
