The 48220-07-002 Mobile Phase Filters are high-capacity 316L stainless steel solvent inlet filters designed for efficient removal of large particulates and reliable solvent delivery in HPLC systems. Engineered for high throughput and durability, they help protect pumps, columns, and instrumentation from contamination.

The 20 µm pore size removes larger undissolved particles while maintaining very low flow resistance, allowing improved solvent uptake and reduced vacuum load compared to finer filters.

Each filter is passivated with a 30% nitric acid treatment, enhancing corrosion resistance and ensuring compatibility with a wide range of HPLC solvents.

Designed for 1/16 inch tubing, each unit includes PEEK connection components for secure, low-pressure operation.
