The 48220-06-005 Mobile Phase Filters are high-capacity 316L stainless steel solvent inlet filters engineered for efficient particulate removal and consistent solvent delivery in HPLC systems. Designed for durability and high throughput, these filters protect pumps, columns, and instrumentation from contamination.

The 10 µm pore size removes larger undissolved particles while producing lower backpressure than finer filters (2 µm or 5 µm), improving vacuum efficiency and solvent uptake.

Each filter is passivated with a 30% nitric acid treatment, enhancing corrosion resistance and ensuring compatibility with a wide range of HPLC solvents.

The integrated all‑PEEK tripod connector (3-step molded design) enables direct tubing connection without ferrules or nuts, supporting:

• 1/16 inch (1.6 mm) tubing

• 1/8 inch (3.2 mm) tubing

These filters are designed for direct placement in mobile phase reservoir bottles and are intended for inlet (vacuum) filtration only. They are not recommended for sparging.
