The 48220-04-002 Mobile Phase Filters are durable 316L stainless steel solvent inlet filters designed for high-capacity particulate removal and efficient solvent flow in HPLC systems. These filters deliver excellent throughput with low restriction, helping protect pumps, columns, and instruments from contamination.

The 10 µm pore size removes larger undissolved particles while maintaining lower flow resistance than finer filters, supporting stable solvent uptake and efficient vacuum performance.

Each filter is passivated with a 30% nitric acid treatment, improving corrosion resistance and ensuring compatibility with a wide range of mobile phases.

Designed for 1/16 inch tubing, each unit includes PEEK connection components for secure, low-pressure operation.
