The 48220-01-002 Mobile Phase Filters are durable 316L stainless steel solvent inlet filters designed for high-efficiency particulate removal in HPLC systems. Engineered for high filtration capacity and consistent solvent flow, these filters help prevent contamination from reaching pumps, columns, and instrumentation.

The 2 µm pore size provides fine filtration of undissolved particles, offering enhanced protection compared to higher micron inlet filters.

Each unit is passivated using a 30% nitric acid process, improving corrosion resistance and ensuring compatibility with a wide range of HPLC solvents.

Designed for 1/16 inch tubing, each filter includes PEEK connection components for secure, low-pressure operation.

Installation

1. Insert 1/16 inch tubing into the top of the filter

2. Hand-tighten using included ferrule and nut

3. Place filter in mobile phase reservoir bottle

4. Connect tubing to HPLC pump inlet
