The 48220-07 Mobile Phase Filter is a high-capacity 316L stainless steel solvent inlet filter designed for efficient removal of large particulates and consistent solvent delivery in HPLC systems. The 20 µm pore size removes larger undissolved particles while maintaining very low flow resistance, making it ideal for maximizing solvent uptake and reducing vacuum load compared to finer filters.

Each filter is passivated with a 30% nitric acid treatment, improving corrosion resistance and ensuring compatibility with a wide range of HPLC solvents.

Designed for 1/16 inch tubing, each unit includes PEEK connection components for secure, low-pressure operation.
