82060-05P is packed with 10 µm NP Diol™ particles in a 4.6 mm ID x 50 mm format with a 100Å pore size. The larger 10 µm particle size allows operation at higher flow rates while generating lower backpressure than smaller particle columns. The short 50 mm length is ideal for rapid analyses, method scouting, and high-throughput laboratories seeking reduced run times and solvent consumption.
The NP Diol™ stationary phase is non-end-capped and is frequently chosen as a replacement for unmodified silica columns due to its enhanced durability and broader solvent compatibility.
