82361-PG1-3 Guard Column Cartridges are packed with 3 µm NP Silica™ Wide Pore media in a 2.1 mm ID x 10 mm format specifically designed for use with 2.1 mm ID analytical columns. The 300Å wide pore structure provides improved accessibility for larger molecules while protecting the analytical column from contaminants and particulates that can irreversibly adsorb to the stationary phase. Routine use helps maintain column efficiency, reproducibility, and retention characteristics while reducing replacement costs.
