Additional Info:

The 9512C‑0CV‑TD snap‑top autosampler vial is a 1.2 mL clear glass vial engineered for chromatographic applications where maximum recovery, visibility, and reduced surface activity are essential. These vials are manufactured from first hydrolytic, Class A, Type‑33 borosilicate glass and feature a deactivated (silanized) surface to reduce interaction between analytes and the glass.

The MRQ™ (Maximum Recovery Quality) design combines smooth internal walls with no ledges and a center‑draining conical bottom that includes a well slightly larger than typical autosampler needles. This geometry allows bottom‑entry port needles to recover the maximum amount of sample and delivers an exceptionally low residual volume of approximately 2 µL.

Bottom depths are meticulously designed and QC controlled to prevent needles from contacting the vial bottom, ensuring compatibility with the most critical autosamplers. This vial provides excellent sample visibility and recovery from limited volumes in demanding analytical workflows.

A Certificate of Conformance is available upon request. Refer to the MRQ™ vial schematic drawing for detailed design and specifications.
