The 9502S‑E‑30C‑B Blue Screw Caps feature bonded Soft‑Guard™ white silicone/red PTFE pre‑slit septa in a durable polypropylene body, designed to fit 9‑425 thread, 12 × 32 mm autosampler vials.
The pre‑slit septa design enables smoother, low‑force needle penetration while maintaining excellent resealing performance. This reduces coring, minimizes missed injections, and supports more consistent chromatographic data and longer instrument uptime.
