95001‑01ND inserts are manufactured from first hydrolytic, Class A, Type 33 borosilicate glass and undergo a deactivation (silanization) process to minimize active surface sites. This enhances recovery of polar and adsorption‑prone analytes while maintaining consistent performance for LC‑MS and HPLC applications.

Each insert features a precision conical tip that concentrates sample at the bottom for maximum recovery and consistent needle access. Residual volume is approximately 2 µL with most autosamplers, making these inserts ideal for limited or high‑value samples.

These inserts are supplied without springs and are designed for use with 1 mL, 8 mm push‑top autosampler vials, including “96‑position” vial formats (a reference to vial dimensions, not plate format). Depending on the autosampler configuration, a spring may be required. In this format, metal springs are recommended and sold separately, providing improved durability and alignment compared to plastic alternatives.
