82561-15P is packed with 5 µm NP Silica™ particles in a 4.6 mm ID x 150 mm format. The 5 µm particle size provides excellent chromatographic performance while maintaining lower operating backpressures compared to smaller particle columns. The 150 mm column length offers increased resolving power and improved peak separation for more demanding analytical methods.
The 4.6 mm ID x 150 mm format is well suited for HILIC applications, normal-phase chromatography, pharmaceutical analysis, quality control testing, and method development involving polar and hydrophilic compounds. Typical flow rates are approximately 0.8-1.5 mL/min depending on mobile phase composition and application requirements.
