Manufactured from ultra-high purity, low-metal-content 100 Å silica, this stationary phase is completely unmodified, providing the selectivity associated with USP L3 classified columns. NP Silica™ columns are widely used in established methods and new method development where traditional silica selectivity is required.
82561-05P-2 is packed with 5 µm NP Silica™ particles in a 2.1 mm ID x 50 mm format. The narrow internal diameter reduces solvent consumption and makes this column may be suitable for LC-MS applications while maintaining the traditional selectivity of unmodified silica. The short 50 mm length is ideal for rapid analyses, method scouting, and high-throughput workflows where fast separations are desired.
The 2.1 mm ID x 50 mm format is well suited for HILIC applications, normal-phase chromatography, LC-MS methods, pharmaceutical analysis, and method development. Typical flow rates are approximately 0.2-0.3 mL/min.
