82534-10P is packed with 5 µm NP Cyano™ particles featuring a 100 Å pore size in a 4.6 mm ID x 100 mm format. The 5 µm particle size provides excellent chromatographic performance while maintaining lower operating backpressures than smaller particle columns. The 100 mm column length offers an excellent balance between analysis speed and chromatographic resolution, making it suitable for both routine analysis and method development.
The 4.6 mm ID x 100 mm format is well suited for normal-phase chromatography of polar compounds, pharmaceutical analysis, quality control testing, and method development. Typical flow rates are approximately 0.8-1.5 mL/min depending on mobile phase composition and application requirements.
