Cogent NP Amino™ HPLC Columns are designed for Normal Phase and HILIC separations of highly polar compounds. Manufactured using ultra-high purity silica bonded with a three-carbon propyl linker and terminal amino functionality, this stationary phase provides the selectivity needed for retention and separation of compounds that can be difficult to retain using traditional reversed-phase chromatography. 68540-25P is packed with 5 µm NP Amino™ particles in a 4.6 mm ID x 250 mm format with a 100Å pore size. The 5 µm particle size provides reliable performance with moderate backpressure while maintaining excellent reproducibility. The extended 250 mm column length provides maximum resolving power and increased peak capacity, making it ideal for complex separations, method optimization, and analytical methods requiring enhanced retention and resolution.
