The 5 µm particle size provides lower operating backpressure than smaller particles while maintaining excellent efficiency and reproducibility. The extended 250 mm column length provides maximum resolving power and increased peak capacity, making it ideal for complex separations involving proteins, peptides, enzymes, natural products, and other large molecules.
The RP Cyano™ Wide Pore stationary phase is not end capped and is frequently used for proteins, peptides, enzymes, natural products, and other larger polar or neutral compounds in reversed-phase HPLC.
