68534-05P-2-3M is packed with 5 µm RP Cyano™ Wide Pore particles in a 2.1 mm ID x 50 mm format with a 300Å pore size. The 5 µm particle size provides low operating backpressure and reliable performance for LC-MS compatible methods. The narrow bore diameter helps reduce solvent consumption while improving mass spectrometry sensitivity. Typical flow rates are approximately 0.2–0.3 mL/min, and the HPLC system must be capable of delivering stable, accurate low flow rates for optimum performance.
