68534-05P-2 is packed with 5 µm RP Cyano™ particles in a 2.1 mm ID x 50 mm format with a 100Å pore size. The narrow bore diameter helps reduce mobile phase consumption while improving sensitivity in mass spectrometry applications. Typical flow rates are approximately 0.2–0.3 mL/min, and the HPLC system must be capable of delivering stable, accurate low flow rates for optimum performance.
