The 48220-06 Mobile Phase Filter is a high-capacity 316L stainless steel solvent inlet filter designed for efficient particulate removal and consistent solvent delivery in HPLC systems. Built for high throughput and durability, it protects pumps, columns, and instrumentation from contamination.

The 10 µm pore size removes larger undissolved particles while generating lower backpressure than finer filters (2 µm or 5 µm), supporting improved vacuum efficiency and solvent flow.

Each filter is passivated with a 30% nitric acid treatment, enhancing corrosion resistance and long-term compatibility with a wide range of HPLC solvents.

The integrated all‑PEEK tripod connector (3-step molded design) enables direct tubing connection without ferrules or nuts, supporting:

• 1/16 inch (1.6 mm) tubing

• 1/8 inch (3.2 mm) tubing

Designed for direct use in solvent reservoir bottles, these filters are intended for inlet (vacuum) filtration only and are not recommended for sparging.
