These injector sample loops are selected for chromatography applications requiring reproducible and accurate sample injections. The 47004‑005 sample loop provides a 5 µL sample volume and is manufactured using welded and annealed 316 stainless steel tubing for reliable GC performance.
The tubing has a 0.18 mm ID (± 0.025 mm tolerance) and is supplied with two‑piece small hex head stainless steel high‑pressure tubing connectors with ferrules for injector installation. Tubing end cuts are produced using EDC (electronic discharge cutting) techniques to provide square, burr‑free ends for zero dead volume connections.
Each sample loop includes an attached volume identification label and is compatible with VICI® and Valco® GC injector valves.
