The 47002‑100 sample loop provides a 100 µL sample volume and is manufactured using 1/16" OD Ultra‑T™ PEEK tubing for reliable HPLC and GC performance.
The supplied tubing has a 0.50 mm ID (± 0.05 mm tolerance) and includes two high‑pressure PEEK three‑piece small hex head nuts with 1/32" threads and two single‑cone ferrules per nut.
The ferrule design helps minimize twisting during installation while gripping the tubing at two points for improved pressure stability. These fittings provide zero dead volume connections.
Each sample loop includes an attached volume identification label.
